MASSI MODELS OF ITALY MassiModels MM 48001 Fiat RS.14 Resin Kit 1:48 Scale Undoubtably the most beautiful floatplane of the 30's and 40's, the Fiat RS.14 was conceived and designed in response to a request by the Air Ministry for a replacement for the Cant Z.501. The RS.14 exceeded all of the requirements specified, even able to perform loops. An extremely interesting feature was the quickly detachable weapons pod under the fuselage center line. The replacement pod was attached already loaded with bombs making for a fast turn around time. This kit is the first offering from MassiModels of Italy and consists of nicely detailed, tan colored resin parts with no major resin blocks to remove. The masters were done by an experienced wind tunnel model maker. White metal strut braces and professionally done multi-page instructions along with a full decal sheet with both RA and Co-belligerent forces decals complete this great new kit. Kit $159.95.
